These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Alpha Bills, a billing and customer management platform for retail shops, operated by Harsh Kapoor ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Alpha Bills provides billing, inventory, customer relationship management, and related tools for retail businesses, accessed via web browser. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the product.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when registering your shop, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Alpha Bills is offered on a monthly subscription at ₹299/month, billed automatically via our payment partner (Razorpay) until cancelled.
• A free trial period may be offered to new shops; at the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings screen or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on access after cancellation.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Alpha Bills (bills, customer records, inventory, etc.). We process this data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alpha Bills for any unlawful purpose, to misuse customer data collected through the platform, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Alpha Bills available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Bills is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, beyond the subscription fees paid in the preceding month.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Alpha Bills after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
